Will I lose my job
if I sign an authorization card?
Under the Illinois Labor
Relations Act we are fully protected in the exercise of our rights
to organize. Acts of harassment, coercion and intimidation are
violations of state law constituting an Unfair Labor Practice. The
IEA will provide us with the legal services necessary to ensure that
this law is followed.
